What does it cost to join?
Free to apply, free to list. We take a small platform fee on transactions — disclosed during onboarding, never adjusted retroactively.
How are buyers vetted?
Every Zentrix customer has a registered, hosted store and verified identity before they can place an order. No anonymous accounts, no test buyers.
Who handles payments?
Zentrix processes all payments through our payment partner. You are paid out on a Net-15 schedule after order fulfillment.
Who handles shipping?
You do. You set the zones, rates, and lead times. Zentrix prints the documents and tracks delivery on the buyer's behalf.
Can I sell off-platform too?
Yes. We're not exclusive. Sell on Zentrix, sell on your own site, sell on a wholesale marketplace — your call.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Zentrix mediates. Buyer files a claim, you have 72 hours to respond, decision within 7 days, optional appeal. See our partner standards for the full process.
