What we expect, and what we promise.
These standards govern every supplier on the Zentrix network. By applying, you agree to uphold them. By approving you, we commit to the same.
1. Eligibility
Verifiable business registration in the supplier's country of operation. Established operating history with demonstrable production or distribution capability. Required licenses and certifications vary by category and will be specified during application review. Suppliers in sanctioned jurisdictions are not eligible.
2. Product authenticity and intellectual property
Suppliers represent and warrant that all products listed on Zentrix are authentic, lawfully produced, and free from third-party intellectual property infringement. Zentrix does not permit counterfeit goods, unauthorized resale of trademarked products, or items that infringe patents or copyrights. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal from the network.
3. Quality and consistency
Production samples submitted during verification establish the baseline standard. Subsequent shipments are expected to match those samples in materials, construction, and finish. Suppliers maintain documented batch traceability and respond to quality complaints within published service-level windows.
4. Labor and ethics
Suppliers comply with applicable labor laws in all jurisdictions where they operate. Zentrix prohibits the use of forced labor, child labor, and any form of human trafficking in supplier operations or supply chains. Suppliers grant Zentrix the right to request documentation of compliance and, where reasonable, conduct or commission audits.
5. Environmental responsibility
Suppliers comply with applicable environmental laws in their jurisdictions. Suppliers disclose, on request, the origin of regulated materials and confirm the absence of substances banned in the buyer's destination market.
6. Pricing integrity
Posted MOQs, prices, and lead times are honored as published for a minimum of thirty days from the date of listing or last revision. Hidden fees, undisclosed surcharges, and bait-and-switch pricing are prohibited.
7. Communication standards
Suppliers respond to buyer messages within forty-eight business hours and confirm or decline orders within twenty-four hours of receipt. Written English fluency is required for all platform communication. Suppliers maintain a designated contact for the Zentrix relationship.
8. Shipping and delivery
Suppliers honor quoted lead times and provide tracking information for every shipment. Damage and loss in transit are handled per the supplier's published policy, disclosed to the buyer at the point of order. Failure to ship within the agreed window is grounds for buyer-initiated cancellation and refund.
9. Disputes
Disputes follow a structured process: the buyer files a claim through Zentrix; the supplier has seventy-two hours to respond with evidence; Zentrix issues a decision within seven business days. Either party may appeal once. Outcomes include refund, replacement, partial credit, or claim dismissal.
10. Off-boarding
Grounds for removal from the network include repeated late shipments, substantiated intellectual-property complaints, fraudulent reviews, prolonged communication blackouts, and material breach of these standards. Removed suppliers receive thirty days' notice except in cases of fraud or imminent harm to buyers. Suppliers retain the right to export their order history and customer contact data.
11. Our commitments to suppliers
Zentrix pays approved suppliers on a Net-15 schedule after order fulfillment. Zentrix screens buyers for fraud and verifies every customer account before orders can be placed. Fee structures are disclosed in writing before onboarding and are not changed retroactively. Zentrix does not algorithmically favor paid placement; if paid placement is ever introduced, it will be clearly disclosed as such. Suppliers may export their data at any time.
Zentrix may revise these standards from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active suppliers at least thirty days before they take effect. Questions about these standards can be sent to partners@gozentrix.com.
